All Subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This includes, without limitation, Subscriptions associated with Telegram accounts that are banned, suspended, deleted, restricted, compromised, inaccessible, or otherwise unavailable for any reason. Refunds will not be issued for loss of access due to account issues, platform enforcement actions, device changes, payment disputes, technical problems, personal circumstances, or any other situation beyond our control. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time, for any reason. However, you are solely responsible for canceling your Subscription through the platform or payment provider used to subscribe. Failure to cancel prior to renewal will result in automatic recurring charges according to your selected Subscription plan.
